Description
This job is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to department senior staff. Responsibilities include handling sensitive/confidential information and correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining appointment calendars, and performing a wide array of administrative support activities.
Accountabilities
Provide highly professional secretarial support with a strong focus on handling sensitive/confidential matters; furnish administrative back-up support as required.
Serve as administrative point of contact for hiring managers for candidate scheduling as a result of job postings. Position contacts candidates, schedules panel members, and ensure appropriate interview documentation is provided to Director-WRBP for selection purposes.
Provide secondary level executive support to the SVP-CIO and his/her direct reports including calendars, arrange travel and expense reports.
Support various Company sponsored initiatives (ie, United Way, FFEG, etc.)
Maintain/monitor the IT pool of laptops, projectors, and hot spots checked out by individual throughout UP Center.
Assist in communicating departmental announcements relating to human resource activities (ie, new employees, employee moves, organizational changes, etc.)
Coordinate IT Summer Intern program with Workforce Resources Business Partner and manage IT Welcome Committee. Organize and assist with end of summer presentations.
Onboard all incoming employees, interns and on-site contractors as well as manage all IT moves.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
A high school diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree

Individuals hired to work in this position will be expected to work some weekends
