Introduction

Location flexible - Columbus, OH preferred, however, open to other locations within NiSource Footprint.

The Management of Change Lead is responsible to support administration of the Management of Change Program, Process and Standard for NiSource. The MoC Lead will play a key role in the support of change management needs for MoC initiators and business critical partners, supporting adherence and continuity of the MoC process. Provide guidance and documentation to develop and enhance MoC criteria and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Tracking and development of key performance indicators related to MoC effectiveness. Support the Manager, Management of Change in the maintenance and continued development of MoC technology platform, execution of management of change review committee sessions and preparation for report outs to senior leaders

nbsp;Responsibilities:

* Aggregating and preparing updates, reports, and presentations for Management of Change Committee, and Key Leadership.
* Provide technical guidance and tactical support, including some change management material development, to change initiators to ensure effective implementation of changes.
* nbsp;Identification, MOC KPIs, with focus on effectiveness and adherence measures.
* In partnership with SMS Strategy amp; process team and other key stakeholder, ensures standardized execution and business partner adherence to the MoC process.
* Support the MoC team to identify and engage business support to address gaps and drive consistency of change management measures with focus on front line field impact and effectiveness.
* Drive the use and maintenance of the MoC Devonway platform and work in coordination with the CAP governance team to ensure alignment.
* Support assurance of the MoC review process for all required changes are standardized and meet the intent of American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practice (RP) 1173 driving risk based discussions and decision making.
* Support maintaining a culture of safety and risk identification / mitigation.

Qualifications:

Required for Selection:

* Knowledge and understanding of American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practice (RP) 1173nbsp;
* Ability to facilitate meetings / tables and achieve group consensus
* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Ability to coach and provide guidance to State SMS teams on MOC processes and tool
* Ability to drive and monitor continuous improvement and associated change management
* Proactive in collaborating and leveraging interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills both written and oral.
* Experience with project planning and execution
* Proven ability to prepare and present presentations at all levels of the internal organization and external associations
* Support SMS process consistency across the organization

Education:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experiencenbsp;nbsp;

Preferred for Selection:

* Knowledge of NiSource gas utility and field operations
* Continuous Improvement experience

Required for Selection:nbsp;

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to learn new systems and become proficient with them (e.g., Management of Change Tool, Tableau, etc.)

Preferred for Selection:nbsp;

* Experience with NiSource business processes and tools / technologies
* Experience developing, implementing, and/or executing management of change programs, change management or continuous learning program
