TEMPORARY Customer Service Representative- Start on March 29th!

MSB (Municipal Services Bureau), a subsidiary of Navient, has been a leader in government revenue solutions since 1991 and is a provider of choice for 600+ agencies nationwide, has immediate openings for Temporary Customer Service Representatives, training class begins Monday, March 29th!

Join MSB as a temporary work-from-home Customer Service Representative at $15.00/hour plus bonus eligibility. This position is expected to last up to 6 months, depending on business needs. Computer equipment will be provided!

Hours:

Must have open availability 8:30 AM - 7 PM (EST) Monday-Friday

The Temporary Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls relating to customer questions surrounding toll charges and toll violations for various clients, as well as performing numerous account management activities such as accepting payments from customers, initiating disputes/inquiries/requests on behalf of the customer in resolving tolling issues and provides billing and tolling information to customers upon request. This activity could include processing general customer inquiries on account balances and fees, service and transponder products received via email, correspondence and fax.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* High School diploma/ GED/ equivalent

* 6 months of telephone experience in a customer service, telemarketing or call center environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to type 25 words per minute

* Excellent multitasking abilities

* Strong interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills
