The Manger Finance and Business Analysis, Transformation Office will be responsible for the preparation and reporting against the Transformation Office initiatives, inclusive of Cost Smart initiatives; coordinate with consultants and affiliates to gain and understanding of ongoing / future Transformation Office initiatives; help identify opportunities for Transformation Office initiatives; help identify improvements to the overall Transformation Office reporting process.
Core Responsibilities:
* Create summary updates for the Transformation Office reporting and present periodic status to Cost Smart Working Council, Transformation Office and ELT if called upon.
* Partner with business leaders and HR to develop cost savings plans which deliver against $80mm run-rate savings target established for SG&A.
* In conjunction with Corporate Finance, maintain ongoing Cost Smart SG&A savings tracker for in-year and run-rate savings
* Partner with manufacturing leaders and VP Supply Chain Finance to develop cost savings plans which deliver against $90mm run-rate savings target
* On behalf of the Transformation Office, manage structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks and budget constraints
* Manage project dashboards, which outlines both the projects currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objectives.
* Engage with project leaders to monitor project progression and integration into Cost Smart goals.
* Work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
* Actively consult and provide solutions related to workforce, talent and organizational matters to business leaders
* Coordinate creation and continual reporting of performance metrics
* Identify process improvement opportunities and manage the corresponding implementations
* Develop business process documentation
* Develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts within the global and regional business leadership teams

Qualified candidates will have:
* Bachelors degree required; Finance or Accounting Preferred; and a CPA preferred
* Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience
* Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously
* Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income sheet, cash flow, and working capital analysis
* Must have a working knowledge of project lifecycle through working on large projects/programs
* Must be able to work autonomously
* Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial impacts of business decisions. Demonstrated ability to think from both financial and business perspectives.
* Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and BPC is desirable
* Knowledge of Food Ingredients or Corn Wet Milling industry (competition, business climate, manufacturing processes), a plus
* Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner
* Dealing with ambiguity: Must be very comfortable operating within ambiguities and forming shapes from the fog, recommending potential ideas on scope, goals, targets, etc.
