JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day workflow of creative services projects by assigning, tracking and reporting status of projects to graphic artists, video producers and outside agencies to ensure on-time delivery. This position reports to the Creative Services Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review workload management tools daily and weekly; set priorities for packaging team
* Communicate weekly project workload priorities and ETAs to internal clients
* Lead weekly workload meetings with Design, campaign managers and photo/video teams to communicate project status and time and action
* Organize workload daily; Anticipate challenges to project execution and generate solutions or workarounds to hit deadlines
* Track, analyze and forecast creative project count; use data on business peaks and valleys to propose solutions to flex creative team resources
* Manage the photo/video scheduling process in partnership with outside agencies.
* Maintain the creative services calendar for shoot dates and meetings.
* Maintain open communication channels with creative team on workload, priorities and calendar, on a daily basis
* Proactively communicate design impacts to production, including deadline shifts or other implications to cross-functional teams
* Maintain calendar and schedule milestone meetings for campaign managers
* Obtain and organize all creative art files in file storage system
* Maintain updated artwork and photography libraries
* Manage workload tracking tools and produce product status reports and run internal cross-functional traffic meetings to ensure creative services team is meeting client deadlines.
* Schedules internal and stakeholder creative review and feedback meetings, from initial project briefing through final approval. Takes meeting notes and follows up with next steps.
Qualification
WORK EXPERIENCE:
2 or more years of experience in house agency project management experience with strong interest in project management
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
* Bachelors degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
* Project Management certification preferred
