Job Description

Recruitment, Team Development and Administrative tasks

* Responsible for identifying the right talent to build a team of associates to join the NA organization
* Prepare onboarding training program, schedule and coordinate training
* Monitor and approve hours for teams on weekly basis and control attendance issues in store by tracking tardiness, following up, and carefully monitoring improvement
* Support the Account Executive with Quarterly PDP reviews for FSS team and set up goals
* Develop the talent and capabilities through store visits, regular one-to-one meetings, and close coaching

Business Management

* Responsible to achieve sales targets in all doors (FSS/DS/SM)
* Partner with Account Executive in creating a strategic plan per door to achieve targets
* Execute brand strategy at field level
* Partner with the Department Store Executive Team to implement the brand's opening strategy in new doors, keep active partnership in doors at key relevant period
* Monitor and analyze ROI on partnerships, make proposition to redirect efforts as needed
* Monitor, understand and improve KPI when needed
* Assist the Account Executive in reconciling Freshly made orders from our partners at Forty Five Ten
* Develop brand awareness: Identify possible, on brand partnership collaborations and grow existing partnerships in place by monitoring progress and redirecting efforts as needed
* Plan and execute successful events at DS level by understanding the needs and what works in each door: organize event with store management, assign goals, host master class, set up counters for the event, and ensure goals are achieved
* Initiate Creative Requests for media posting

Reporting

* Stay abreast of all activities/events at FSS and Department stores. Report performance by sharing with the Account Executive a detailed event summary
* Monitor and report sales weekly by updating region charts
* Follow business on weekly and monthly basis: collecting data, reporting qualitative and quantitative information
* Execute monthly business report providing metrics, KPI as well as qualitative feedbacks

Store operations

* Support the Account Executive in training all teams on brand policies and compliancy
* Responsible for proper merchandising, overall look and feel
* Support the stores with their inventory, submitting Interco orders, and Shrink Reports
* Be efficient in POS support and know and understand Revel guide.
* Support Counter Managers and Boutique Managers in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 3 years of professional experience in Multi-channel management role or Store management in relevant industry/ field.
