The Manager, Global,IBP will report to the Director, Global IBP and have responsibility and oversight for:
* Reviewing and reconciling the gaps between the Retail Plan, the Demand Plan, the Financial Plan and the Supply Commit, within the Gap Mgmt (or DVFR) process, at multiple levels (Total ELC, Major Category, Online segment)
* Providing analysis and supports business decisions to close the gaps
* Leading ad hoc projects to improve the inventory position
Key Responsibilities
* Review and reconcile the gaps between the Retail Plan, the Demand Plan, the Financial Plan and the Supply Commit, within the Gap Mgmt (or DVFR) process, at multiple levels (Total ELC, Major Category, Online segment)
* Review sales drivers and Risks&Opps to explain and contain gaps between the Demand Plan and the Retail Plan on one end and between the Financial Plan and the Supply Commit on the other end
* Develop reports to support the Director, Global IBP drive business decisions and performance improvement
* Offer analytical support to provide fact-based evidence of areas of improvements (anomalies, lack of information, delayed information, IT constraints, master data nomenclature )
* Work with Regions and Brands to guarantee timely and complete submission of the Plans, every cycle
* Work with Finance to guarantee alignment and update of the key financial inputs (plan rates update, DVFR new brand integration, CPM calendar, promotional investment information)
* Support the Supply and Inventory teams to improve the service levels and the quality of the inventory layers
* Support and drive adoption of global routines and policies
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Planning, preferably in a Demand Planning role with at least 2 years of managerial experience
* Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation planning and S&OP/IBP
* Strong business and financial acumen, preferably from experience in the fashion or beauty industries
* Demonstrated managerial skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
* Strong analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools

* Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
* Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders
