POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Global Digital Salon Education is responsible for curating and implementing best-in-class educational programming for global salon partners built to drive sales through education. This position will develop training content to drive brand strategy, launches and education objectives across brand and partner platforms in both digital and in-person formats. Additionally, this person is responsible for leading and developing the global market education managers to drive success in their countries/territories of responsibility. Minimal travel required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and develop salon curriculum for implementation of all launches globally
* Create and develop a digital salon education Eco system of education

* Bbu.
* Flagship salons
* Design and develop all global salon and Bbu. training programs for all salon partners
* Manage digital education across all regions
* Lead social selling and consumer retention efforts, creating new strategies to retain and convert professional consumers.
* Create strategic education programs that are custom fit to the needs of the market, working directly with global partners
* Implement global education strategy into all daily output and drive new existing and new programs to drive growth of business all digital outputs of the brand
* Work closely with .com and marketing teams leading the professional bumble voice direct to consumer in all brand activations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with salon network and stay relevant of all competitor models to maintain modernity in the brand
* Work cross functionally and build strong relationships with all departments to co-develop brand projects and provide and gain insights to educator all our consumers through a professional lens.
* Work closely with the Bumble Sales team to ensure alignment on education strategy and execution
* Manage, grow and develop the Coordinator of Global Education
* Support education/sales events in the field to evaluate and monitor the programs' success and opportunities. Present recommendations and strategy.
* Primary developer of Bumble LMS professional content and implementation
* Manage and continually innovate a comprehensive salon profile
* Manage strategic relationships in the professional industry driving collaborations for conversion and awareness.
* Work with internal, cross-functional teams to Lead education gratis strategy
* Implement New approach to salon education to provide booth rental and independent stylist education to drive sell thru.
* Collect feedback and provide input on efficacy of current educational programming content
* Build positive relationships with corporate, field-based, salon partner, and store flagship team members
* Manage timelines/deadlines throughout salon education programming
* Stay current and on target with T&E policy (including timely expense reports)
* Stay current on digital trend IE: content creation, events, facilitation techniques
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
* 5-6+ Years of Experience in a related position
* Strong organizational skills
* Education Development skills
* Understanding of digital drivers
* Experience in developing LMS content
* Customer service oriented
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Proficient at Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Must be savvy with learning new technology programs/platforms
* Works seamlessly within group projects
* Strong desire to learn and grow within the position
