Job Summary

Essential Functions

* Learns sales administration by participating in sales office functions
* Learns sales process by completing training program
* Observes sales process by calling on accounts; adhering to established sales steps
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities; reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in sales and marketing organizations
* Gather and analyze information to build knowledge base and identify trends for assigned territory/product
* Prepare and deliver product presentations

* Ability to influence and persuade others
* Enthusiastic, optimistic, persistent and resilient personality; able to handle rejection
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Typical Education

* BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
* HS Diploma required

Typical Range of Experience

* Experience in sales or customer service required
* Real Estate or title industry experienced preferred

License or Certification

* Requires a valid drivers license
