Description
The Sr Project Manager will provide support in the development and management of cross functional leadership to the Consumer Deposit & Loan servicing team. The role will support consistent delivery, management and leadership of key business activities in support of the operations functions to include financial, communications, strategy, projects and vendor management. The Sr Project Manager will have a variety of support functions to ensure business as usual processes are timely, well controlled, clearly communicated, and accurately delivered while nimbly supporting business change and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include:
Leadership Strategy:
Support and manage the delivery of the key leadership routines to ensure focus on strategic delivery, financial performance, and colleagues. To include: coordination of monthly and weekly leadership schedule focusing discussion on key strategic priorities in relation to finance, change, capital management, customer experience and upcoming trends, innovations or cross business line strategy updates.
* Lead and execute for specific delivery elements of a program
* Active member of a program / pod with specific execution elements delivered
* Aid in the develop of scope for execution of targeted strategies
Benefit Reporting:
Support and collaborate with finance in the ongoing management, reporting and progress to key benefits from the digitization and reorganization strategies targeted to span 2020 2023. Develop and support key management reporting that can be shared to Consumer Exco while also being integrated with OKRs.
Reorganization / Team Change Agenda:
Provide key support to the Experience Owner for the organizational redesign to include key support of the pod in the areas of:
* Communication for the reorganization program
* Financial benefit tracking
* Development of key change agenda assessment to measure adoption success of teams
* Ongoing support with HR on the key activities of reorganization and benefit realization
People / Communication:
Management of people, change, communication spanning entire business line:
* Management of OHI / Spot Check program for CD&L inclusive of quarterly assessment of overall colleague sentiment and targeted business focus to include customer experience, engagement and continuous improvement. Development, delivery and analysis of survey and results along with suggested focus items for leadership implementation.
* Communication/People: Management of targeted activities across servicing to include All Colleague Calls, Monthly Manager Meetings, key communications in support of Covid, ongoing leader communications in support of ongoing engagement. Key activities in support of change management agenda.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
* 7-10 years of financial services experience, including program management with focus on change management and project delivery as a key member of the team
* Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills, with ability to develop senior executive pitch packs
* Stong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong relationship building skills - forming partnerships across the organization
* Strong problem solving skills, creative and flexible
* Stong leadership skills and ability to influence
* Comfortable with reprioritization and ability to pivot in solutioning- Agile mindset
Education
Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Business Management, Finance, Strategy
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
