Facebook is seeking a Business Planning and Operations Program Manager to join the Global Client and Category (GCC) Business Planning and Operations (BP&O) team. The mission of the GCC BP&O team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the global sales organization through regular business insights and reporting, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. We also identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth, including growth strategies for Facebooks most important industry verticals.
The role will entail analyzing market, advertiser and agency performance on a regular basis, defining go-to-market strategy and programs, and leading annual planning across teams.

Program Manager, Business Planning and Operations - Global Clients & Category Responsibilities
* Relationships: Develop strong collaborative relationships across GCC leadership, client and category teams, Global Sales Ops colleagues and key cross-functional partners to deliver on business priorities
* Business Insights: Generate insights into both internal team and external market performance. This includes vertical/sub-vertical/advertiser performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, budgets versus actuals, productivity and sales effectiveness
* Reporting: Own regular reporting (weekly, monthly) to sales stakeholders on advertiser performance, including leading business review meetings (monthly)
* Planning: Design and flawlessly execute on annual planning process in partnership with Finance, Global Sales Ops, and key cross-functional stakeholders. Drive thoughtful strategy and budgeting plans on Headcount and OPEX across teams
* Project management: Support sales leadership on short-term and long-term projects including launch of new sales programs, resourcing, forecasting, and org design
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like finance, business operations, etc. or industries like consulting, banking, etc.
* Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
* Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
* Experience presenting business and technical content to peers and general audiences
* Communication experience with story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides
* Experienced in using Excel spreadsheets for running data analysis and building quantitative models for business decision making. Experience with pivot table based reporting, using charts for visualization and use of lookup and math functions
* Experience building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in or with Digital media, internet or technology industry, or a strong passion or willingness to learn about these domains
* Experience with SQL, Excel Macros and Tableau
