Facebook seeks an experienced product marketing professional with exceptional project and program management skills and a passion for ensuring that Facebook remains a safe and trusted environment for people and small businesses. This person will lead global go-to-market strategy, narrative development, goaling, prioritization, and packaging for products and policies related to Business Integrity, focusing on small businesses. The successful candidate will lead the development of global launch plans to bring products and policies to market and identify opportunities to improve existing products and policies. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
Excellent cross-functional leadership, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and comfort with ambiguity and tight deadlines are required. This person should have empathy for people and businesses, and internal stakeholders like sales and product teams. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising market, a track record of resiliency under pressure, and a vision for how we can better meet our customers' needs with our Business Integrity solutions.
Product Marketing Manager, Small Business Integrity Responsibilities
* Lead development, socialization, and execution of global, comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Business Integrity products & policies, targeted at small business
* Guide and partner with global cross-functional teams in developing client communications, education, product documentation, and sales collateral that help businesses navigate our policies
* Craft narratives to explain Business Integrity products & policies to internal and external partners and clients
* Effectively and regularly communicate with leadership within the Sales and Product organizations
* Synthesize market feedback from small businesses and influence product and policy teams to build future solutions that support the needs surfaced in the market globally
* Set the outbound priorities for our suite of Business Integrity products & policies and work with partner teams to ensure those priorities ladder up to Facebook's overarching strategic goals
* Work with data science and operations teams to forecast the impact of integrity launches and prepare small business sales and marketing teams to support clients through these changes
* Build strong cross-functional relationships and prioritize work to deploy our finite go-to-market capacity efficiently
* Manage high priority, fast-moving decisions and communication planning
* Solve global challenges with scaled solutions
Minimum Qualifications
* 6+ years of work experience, including work in marketing, product, consulting, communications, or information technology
* Demonstrated experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering with product management or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches across multiple stakeholder audiences)
* Communication experience with technical, business, and external stakeholders
* Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
* Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
* Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
* BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
* Masters degree
* Experience in the advertising sector
