Job Description

Facebook Reality Labs is seeking a Product Management Leader to help us unleash human potential by eliminating the bottlenecks between intent and action. To achieve this, were building a practical neural interface drawing on the rich motor neuron signals that can be measured non-invasively with neuron-level resolution. Our research lies at the intersection of computational neuroscience, machine learning, signal processing, statistics, biophysics, motor learning, perceptual psychophysics, and human-computer interaction. Were looking for people who want to shape the future of this technology and are excited about joining our collaborative team that has grown out of the acquisition of CTRL-labs.

Product Management Lead, CTRL Labs Responsibilities

* Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

* Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders

* Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution

* Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

* Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

* Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

* Understand Facebooks strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry

* Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design

* 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams

* 6+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership

* Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

* Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

* BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a consumer focused technology company

* Experience building 0-1 products
