Chargeback Coordinator

Job Description

Facebook is seeking a Chargeback Coordinator to join the Facebook Reality Labs Channel Operations team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and act with a sense of urgency. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Operations, Finance, and Logistics and Fulfillment to document, dispute, and report our Chargebacks and Short ships.

Chargeback Coordinator Responsibilities

* Document and dispute all applicable chargebacks, fees, penalties, and short ship claims from our key retail partners

* Proactively share shipping and logistics issues with the warehouse and Logistics team to root cause and correct action in order prevent future charges

* Work with Channel Operations, Sales, and other key stakeholders to review penalties and fees coming in from retail partners

* Work closely with finance to categorize and align on which chargebacks and short ships that will be disputed and the chances of being successfully disputed

* Forecast chargeback liability based on On-time shipping metrics

* Work closely with Logistics and Warehousing to report internal reason codes for orders not delivering on time and in full

* Look for ways to automate and improve our process for documenting and disputing chargebacks

* Upload weekly key sales metrics including sales, in-stock percentage, and OH inventory

* Support daily and ad hoc assignments for the Channel Ops Analyst responsible for North American Distribution partners

Minimum Qualifications

* Problem solving and analytical skills

* Experience organizing large amounts of data into actionable information

* Proficient with MS Excel and presentation tools

* Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle

* Experience in using Retail/Partner portals (e.g. Vendor Central, Extending the Reach)

* Proven communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* B.S. Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain
