Job Description

Our Privacy program management team is chartered to ensure our program meets internal standards, regulatory requirements and applies industry best practices to the program. This team provides the critical tools necessary for Privacy teams responsible for embedding user privacy as one of the key values in their operational and product groups. We're searching for an innovative and motivated Program Manager who will manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of a large portfolio of technical projects by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders. In this position, you will help identify, prioritize, and advocate for the largest opportunities, as well as create and manage new efficiency opportunities from ideation to launch.

Privacy Program Manager, System Integrations Responsibilities

* Manage the product vision Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products to support Privacy program audit and oversight.

* Create the product roadmap Develop an agile product roadmap to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.

* Get buy-In - Establish shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

* Conduct market research - Understand Facebooks strategic direction and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.

* Collaborate with engineering teams - Drive product development working with the product manager and a team of engineers and designers.

* Assess risk - Anticipate bottleneck and remove roadblocks impacting timelines and resource.

* Ensure launch readiness Test, communicate and enable operational readiness for a successful rollout.

* Measure product impact - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

* Support documentation - Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

* Experience in end-to-end life cycle operations program management.

* Experience in process design and process improvement.

* Experience in influencing stakeholders and engineers, including roll-up the sleeves type of collaboration within a diverse, global, cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

* 7+ years of program management experience in a technical environment.

* Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
