Sales/Commercial Transformation Program Manager
About this role:
The Business Consultant Manager will focus on commercial process transformation to achieve Boston Scientifics strategic Gross Margin and Operating Income goals. This role will support the sales organization in driving process and technology improvements across all divisions to fuel our growth for the future.
Your responsibilities include:
* Lead and manage projects within the sales and sales support teams to improve business outcomes, enhance sales productivity and better leverage digital solutions
* Collaborate with leaders and their organization to inspire a continuous improvement culture by deploying process improvement methods and tools
* Influence leaders and teams to deliver value and implement best practices while reducing costs
* Leverage existing and new process and technology capabilities to support problem solving and resolution of roadblocks
* Drive the adoption of improvement ideas & activities across the organization
* Develop business cases and create future state plans for process improvement opportunities
* Drive the execution of plans in partnership with the sales organization. Activities may include:
* voice of customer
* data analysis
* process mapping
* financial analysis
* change management
* program management
* Work cross-culturally motivating teams in the development and adoption of global best practices in difficult scenarios
* Coach and mentor teams to apply design thinking methodology to develop solutions for process improvement opportunities
* Promote, identify and support opportunities to engage Intelligent Automation, including Robotic Process Automation throughout the enterprise
* Work cross-functionally to develop and refine global best practices as documented in Essentials Guidebooks, global websites, methodologies, and toolkits
What were looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications
* BS/BA Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience
* MBA preferred
* Experience working with sales organization or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of Process Improvement / Lean related experience
* Proven results applying lean in enterprise-wide and business environments
* Demonstrated project management and change management skills
* Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
* Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset
* Ability to build enthusiasm for change
