About This Role:
Serves as a Product Analyst on the Complaint Management Product Team to support departmental, functional, site, divisional and Global quality goals and priorities. Collaborates with customers to recommend, design, and implement functional process improvements. Develops, establishes, and maintains quality methodologies, systems, and practices which meet BSC, customer, and regulatory requirements. Enables solutions in an Agile context that deliver valued business outcomes and informed decisions for the BSC Post Market organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Product Development Responsibilities
* Solicit and document business requirements as provided by business users and subject matter experts
* Analyze and prioritize requirements as a part of the overall Product Backlog
* Assist in operational rollout and support (create User Stories, work with the Product Team in development process, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), etc.)
* Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis, opportunity assessments, and product experiments
* Develop and deliver Global Communications
* Operate within the Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
* Participate on NCEP/CAPA teams as appropriate
* Other duties as necessary or required by the Product Team
Business Process Documentation Responsibilities
* Help to define and execute the strategy for maintaining Post Market Quality Assurance (PMQA) Global processes and procedures
* Maintain an overall understanding of all Global processes and how they work together
* Maintain an overall understanding of how the Global processes interact with BSC systems
* Ensure the Global Complaint Management System (GCMS) processes stay consistent with the Global Quality Policy and current with all system changes implemented by the Product Team
* Define and write processes and procedures that are efficient, compliant, and can easily be subjected to audit
* Make available necessary resources and information for PMQA, primarily via GCMS SharePoint site
* Communicate process changes to the process users; develop and deliver user training and awareness sessions
* Identify risks and opportunities with current processes and procedures
* Investigate and propose process improvements

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience
* Superior written and oral communication, technical writing, and editing skills
* Superior interpersonal skills able to build rapport and influence change
* Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
* Ability to actively engage individuals at all levels
* Ability to work on a fully virtual team
* Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing self-directed environment
* Microsoft Office Suite skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong understanding of the BSC Quality System
* A team player able to work well with both technical and non-technical personnel
* Ability to take strategic direction from Product Team Leadership
* Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
* Quick learner, able to be flexible and adaptable to constantly changing priorities
* Self-starter; able to identify opportunities for improvement and define potential solutions
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging circumstances
* Windchill Document Owner skills
* Experience in BSC PMQA is strongly desired, but not required
* Experience in Complaint Investigation Site desired, but not required
