About the role:

The Senior Marketing Strategy & Analysis Manager for the Peripheral Interventions division is responsible for enabling, informing, and influencing critical strategic and operational business decisions in collaboration with franchise marketing partners. This individual contributor will develop a deep understanding of the PI marketplace, identify trends and growth opportunities, diagnose customer needs and behaviors, predict likely competitive dynamics, and analyze the economics and performance of the business. S/he is expected to develop relationships with business partners, scope detailed project plans to address franchise needs, and ensure deliverables with compelling recommendations are completed in a timely fashion.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Development and implementation of structured, practical, fact-based approach to strategy development and business planning
* Utilize strong analytical and quantitative skills to integrate broad corporate/divisional business performance needs into franchise level decision-making and strategic planning
* Conduct and/or direct vendors in market analysis and research to develop actionable customer insights needed to answer critical business questions and inform decision-making
* Analyze competitive business activities that enable franchise teams to develop informed portfolio strategies and commercial tactics
* Strong relationship development and collaboration with global franchise marketing teams, as well as a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, R&D, and Global partners
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure commercial tactics are clearly linked to overarching strategic objectives
* Excellent project management
* Influence organizational thinking on Marketing Excellence

What we're looking for in you:

Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Healthcare/Biomedical required
* MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, or consulting in the healthcare field required
* Experience managing cross-functional projects in the healthcare industry is required
* Experience in diagnosing business problems and developing/implementing solutions required
* Experience with a variety of primary market research methodologies and market modeling/analytics
* Experience defining and utilizing a broad range of primary and secondary research to derive actionable market and customer insights
* Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships in all levels of the organization and indirectly influencing business objectives
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Proven analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
