As a Trainee, you will gain skills and experience, via structured learning and on-the-job mentoring:
* How to investigate, evaluate, and make good decisions about claims

* Financial skills, to analyze and evaluate various coverage, liability, exposure and damage issues
* How to be effective and compassionate in your communication style with clients and other contacts
