The Practice Marketing Project Manager will report to and work directly with the National Practice Marketing Director in support of the development and execution of Gallaghers Practice Area marketing content, campaigns and other related initiatives. The Practice Marketing Project Manager is responsible for coordinating Practice-related marketing initiatives and acts as a primary marketing point of contact for Gallaghers Practice Leads and Managing Directors. Responsibilities include development and coordination of Practice-related thought leadership content and programs, management of timelines and marketing and communications resources (internal and external), content distribution, measurement and analysis of Practice-related initiatives for effectiveness, general project management and additional marketing initiatives as assigned.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will bring enthusiasm and creative ideas for B2B marketing strategies and campaigns while supporting Corporate and National initiatives. Being detail-oriented and organized and will be critical. Strong organizational, communication and project management skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required. Must be able to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders including leadership, internal and external partners and creative agencies.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Establishment and building of strong relationships across marketing resources
* Project management of Practice-related marketing initiatives
* Timeline management
* Status reporting
* Content effectiveness monitoring and reporting
* Competitive analysis
* Coordinating the approval process with National and Divisional stakeholders
* Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of Corporate standards
* Promoting cross-marketing opportunities - encouraging greater learning, communication and sharing of ideas across the Gallagher marketing community
* Other duties as assigned by the National Practice Marketing Director

Required:

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years relevant experience in B2B marketing.
* Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with Workfront or other project management software/applications.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Desired:

* Commercial insurance experience highly desirable.
* Familiarity with SalesForce a plus.
