Position Summary:

The Producer Associate handles the most complex customer inquiries or issues, providing product expertise and advise to clients and customer service staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in developing and acquiring new business revenue from new and existing clients and assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas. Develops and maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture. Develops basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within industry and organization.
