We are seeking a talented Property Reinspector. The selected candidate should reside in the Olympia, WA, Seattle/Tacoma, WA area or be willing to relocate. Primary areas of responsibility will be Olympia, WA and other surrounding territories as needed.
Ensures a quality property repair estimate and valuation product by focusing on targeted areas to continuously calibrate the reinspection process, validates reported findings and provides an objective subject matter expert (SME) knowledge to the Property Claims and broader Claims community. Completes work assignments and resolves problems independently.'

Minimum Education:
* High School Diploma
* General Equivalency Diploma
Minimum Experience:
* 2 or more years relevant property field adjusting experience
Physical Demand Requirements:
* Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds to include lifting a ladder in and out of the trunk of a car.
* Ability to climb ladders and traverse roofs, this includes the ability to work at heights while inspecting roofs and attics.
* Ability to crouch and stoop to inspect confined attic spaces and go beneath homes into crawl spaces.
* Meet all USAA safe driving requirements including verification of driving record through MVR & possession of valid drivers license.

Preferred
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* 4 or more years of writing estimates in Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience
* 4 or more years of property claims contracts
* Knowledge of property construction and structural repair techniques
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Bachelors degree
* Claims Designation
Compensation:
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $60,300 - $108,600 *(this does not include geographical differential, it may be applied based on your work location)
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
