ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for providing global support to the vaccines franchise in the areas of business analytics, forecasting, demand and supply coordination. The individual will be the interface to cross functional partners to collect key business insights in support of key stakeholders with the goal of providing business analytics and solutions to optimize business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated abilities to develop and present management reports and effectively interface with leaders within the Pfizer organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with commercial organization to support the collection and dissemination of data (tenders, recommendations, reimbursements, etc.) surrounding the in-line assets through the Global Vaccines Dashboard
* Partner with team colleagues to support the development of analytics and reports for S&OP meetings to enable key interactions with PGS (Pfizer Global Supply)
* Co-lead the annual Vaccines Operational Planning/Long Range Forecasting (LRF) assumptions data collection process with Finance and the Global Asset Teams
* Provide Regional and Business Unit Leadership with global reporting and analysis of Op Plan/LRF assumptions, risks and opportunity assessments
* Provide strategic insights and analytical support for strategic projects, tech transfers, risk assessments and opportunity analysis
* Develop and support systems for data collection, LRF assumption collection and trend analyses
* Take responsibility for content development of relevant management reports and presentations
* Support select commercial and commercial development teams with allocations, analytics, data tracking and reporting needs
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor degree required, MBA desirable
* 5+ years pharma experience; preference for vaccines experience
* In-country and above country experience desirable
* Strong analytical skills, systems/technical experience and high tolerance of ambiguity
* Financial experience desirable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail a key attribute
* A track record of working effectively within a matrix organization
* A business generalist
