Do you know how to identify and recruit top talent? Are you an enthusiastic Recruiter with an impressive portfolio of achievements in finding and recruiting the brightest and most high-performing candidates? Were planning for continued growth here at realtor.com and currently hiring a Recruiter (contract) to join the HR team in our Austin, TX office (currently WFH due to COVID). This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in recruiting inside sales and customer care talent for large new hire classes. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, internal client groups and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process
Actively & creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and all internal stakeholders
Maintain a high-level candidate experience
Attend local & virtual job fairs as needed (local when company approves safe to do so as a result of COVID)
Required Skills and Experience:
2 + years of high volume sourcing/recruiting experience supporting inside sales and customer care
Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at all levels is also desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach
Process oriented
Can work autonomously
Amazing ability to create partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
