Position Summary

As a Cybersecurity Identity Governance Architect you will serve as a technical expert responsible to provide recommendations, best practices, processes, guidelines and consultancy for architecting, designing, planning and implementing a full end-to-end Identity Governance framework ensuring that security and functionality are perfectly balanced.

The ideal candidate needs to have strong technical skills, experience implementing IAM to legacy, third party, on-prem and SaaS applications and a strong understanding about cybersecurity practices, standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with key stakeholders to define an Identity governance framework.
* Be the subject matter expert who can answer technical questions and provide guidance to system and application owners.

* Take a technical leadership role in defining strategies for service and user identity management.

* Design and implement processes to ensure that the least privilege approach is being adopted.

* Design and implement processes to ensure that provisioning and deprovisioning of users is consistent across BUs, systems and applications.

* Design mechanisms to facilitate admin access review and certification.

* Foster developing technology to make cryptographic primitives and secret management technologies available to our engineers.

* Help build out our technical product road map and define best practices for these technologies working with different teams.

What were looking for from you:

* Minimum of 3 years professional experience implementing and operating an IAM solution from inception.
* Professional experience implementing and or managing Active Directory, Office 365, G suite, Workday, Okta, Slack, DropBox.

* Professional experience working with cloud technologies from AWS, Azure, and GCP.

* You will have previous professional experience implementing and operating an IAM solution from inception.

* A solid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign On (SSO) and security concepts.

* You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes.

* You will have an in-depth understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and standards like SAML, SPML, oAuth, SCIM, SWA, etc.

* Hands-on experience working with the following Okta products: Single sign-on, access gateway, MFA, Lifecycle management, Universal directory, API access management and Advanced server.

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.

* Experience working with one or more of the following vendor solutions: Sailpoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Saviynt.

* Understanding and experience working with CyberArk, Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault and other secret management technologies, both for public cloud and on-premise.

Bonus if you have:

* Experience developing and deploying security-related infrastructure technologies
* Broader Cyber Security experience in fields such as application security, infrastructure management.

* Experience in designing, implementing and architecting global, large-scale applications, which span multiple businesses (B2B or B2C) that meet complex business unit requirements, and preferably in complex enterprise environments.
