Responsibilities:
* Change molds in accordance to the Department schedule.
* Ensure that the schedule is followed, under the direction of the Department Manager, Supervisor, or Lead.
* Supervise production quantities during the shift to ensure that change-overs occur according to schedule.
* Ensure that the required stock and materials are at each job site.
* Do required mold maintenance when advised.
* Take molds apart, and clean them as needed.
* Make minor equipment repairs.
* Keep equipment and work area clean.
* Follow ISO procedures.
Core Competencies:
* Experience with mold changes and job set-up.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Flexibility with work hours and scheduled overtime is required.
Training Requirements:
* Molding procedures, forms, inventory control, and product quality.
* Mold changing, troubleshooting, and repair.
* ISO Procedures, Work Instructions, and Quality Policy.
