Production Manager (Level 5)

Individual will be responsible for leading the production build team in all operations areas for safety, quality, staffing, schedule and cost performance.
In addition will be responsible for the technical strategy of the organization required to support a demonstration program.
Expected to manage concurrent design and build activities.
Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to the build team.
Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership within the company and customer. The ability to execute a complex challenging fabrication process while establishing lasting Customer and Program relationships is a integral part of this role.
Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program.
Specifically, this leader will be serving the new LM Aeronautics acquisition, Allcomp and the production build team lead.
This unit specializes in Carbon-Carbon structures and fabrication.
This position will be unique compared to other ADP assignments having; the opportunity to build a team from the ground up and influence the culture, participation in a new facility design and stand-up, delivery of product to other LM Business Areas and Third Party Entities.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years demonstrated aerospace manufacturing leadership.
Project management and decision making experience utilizing business and financial acumen.
Multiple experiences with Aerospace Manufacturing-Fabrication and Assembly.
Experience in fostering team development and growth.
Desired Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication and presentation, with a focus on customer engagement.
Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
