SECURITY MANAGER FOR F-35 INTEGRATION, REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE SECURITY DIRECTOR.
Responsible for Management and oversight of LM Aero F-35 security activities world wide.
Ensure compliance with government security specifications, program security requirements, security classification guides and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and SAP Security Manuals requirements.
Oversee and guide the development and implementation of required Program Security Plans to ensure security planning encompasses all program contractual security requirements.
Coordinate security requirements related to the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, security operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contract.
Provide leadership and oversight of the Program Security organization to include: customer and management liaison, personnel actions, facility and technical security, information systems, personnel security, and security education and awareness.
Engage in high level interaction with LM Aero Leadership and government customer representatives regarding security issues and other security related tasks.
Manage multiple security disciplines to include responsibility for DoD/SAP/SAR Security Programs world wide.
Require in-depth knowledge of National Industrial Security Programs Operating Manual, SAP Security Manuals Series documents and Contractual requirements. Knowledge of ITAR and Export Control regulations regarding international cooperation and Technology Control Plans for FN visitors required.
Have the ability to analytically, succinctly communicate observations, requirements and recommendations to internal and external customers and enterprise business partners based on risk managed approach.
Responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of compliant and cost effective security solutions, evaluating and articulating recommendations to senior management.
Responsible for ensuring adequate personnel and resources are deployed to support contractual requirements, and interface with LM Aero Security Management regarding F35 initiatives and activities.
Manager is responsible for methods and processes to ensure compliance with contract security specifications and Customer requirements.
Establish and maintain effective internal/external partnerships and apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to dynamic security environments.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of leading multi-disciplined security organizations with a combination of programmatic security functions: Physical/Technical Security, Personnel Security Management and Information Systems Security.
Experience working in SAP/SAR Security environments.
Experience evaluating and interpreting Security Classification Guides.
Experience managing organizational budget with cost and schedule managing experience.
Basis of Estimate (BOE) and security proposal development experience.
Managed SAP utilizing the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and SAP Security Manuals series documentation; as well as applicable contractual documents referenced in the DD Form 254.
Desired Skills:
Candidate should have strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
Should possess excellent oral presentation skills.
Candidate should be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively managing multiple tasks concurrently and have the ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations.
