Recruiting Specialist:

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating recruiting support functions for our Recruiting team. The positive impact of this position ensures recruiters have the capacity to source and place additional high performing candidates in dealership and leadership roles.



Position Specifics:

* Full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Office located in Eugene/Springfield, OR (physical office space TBD)
* Position will support a Recruiting Team of 8-10
* Travel; some travel may be required
* Confidential interviews
* Estimated start date on or after April 1st, depending on candidate availability and training schedule

Area of Responsibility

* Recruiter support coordination
* Develop effective relationships with recruiting team
* Workday expertise and resource for Recruiting team
* Impact timeliness of candidates sourcing and placement through coordination of efficiencies
* Support candidate sourcing efforts for critical fill positions through backend candidate sourcing (ex: Workday and Indeed talent networks (TN)
* Supports Recruiting team in Job Changes in Workday- tracking to ensure completed
* Reporting
* within Workday and other systems review and ensure accurate data
* Timely distribution of Sales Force, Workday, and Payroll reporting (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly)
* Coordinate, place, and track job postings and employment ads in conjunction with annual media plan, reporting on spend and ROI
* SalesForce administration, maintaining and developing functionality to create more efficiencies
* Improve candidate experience through communication
* Work with Recruiters to ensure positive Hiring Manager engagement and experience
* Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree from an accredited university or commensurate experience
* Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision making process
* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
