Job Description:
* Digital engineer able to develop system models that encompass product architecture, behavior, requirements, and parametrics, under the guidance of a senior engineer.
* Able to use Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to capture stakeholder and system requirements, facilitate discussion, and understanding of system usage.
* Collaborate with other Systems Engineers in the development of work products, including: System Specifications, Logically Derived and Linked Requirements, Interface Definitions, System Diagrams, Systems Analyses, Trade Studies, and Detailed Designs.
* Support development of presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
* Possess good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within the organization.
Qualifications:
* Completion of junior (3rd) year in an accredited Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering.
* Coursework in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
* GPA of 3.0 or greater.
Preferred Skills:
* Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, and/or system performance modeling.
* Coursework or experience in software development (e.g., Java).
* Familiarity with the Systems Modelling Language (SysML), with hands-on experience using digital engineering tools such as No Magic's CAMEO or similar systems modeling tools.
