Job Description

This role will serve as the Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Process leader for Digital Core +SAP S4 Program. This role is expected to partner with EHS&S team and across Digital Core +SAP S4 Program team to build an effective blueprint integration template to the EHS&S system environment to enable:

* Advanced real time analytics for our 2030 sustainability ambitions

* Advanced scenario modeling that will enable savings from water and energy conservation

* Leverage the full capabilities of SAP S4 Hana, surrounding systems, and other advanced capabilities such as Track and Trace and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

This role will provide thought leadership and vision to design and deploy the future state of the EHS&S environment tightly integrated with other business systems developed by the Digital Core +SAP S4 Program. The role will lead a team of subject matter experts, skilled and knowledgeable in the EHS&S ambition, and how we measure progress against those ambitions, processes, reporting and LEAN energy and water concepts.

Role Responsibilities & Accountabilities

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Lead the design, build, confirmation and implementation resources for:

* Advanced analytics and visualization for real time decision making affected by product, manufacturing or other supply chain choices; as well as ESG reporting.
* Advance scenario modeling combined with machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive energy and water savings across the enterprise.
* Advanced scenario modeling to identify EHS&S risks and opportunities through out the supply chain.
* Collaborate with business unit and regional resources to establish design requirements, solution confirmation and implement solutions.
* Collaborate with the Track and Trace design team to assure solutions enable EHS&S needs.
* Partner with Global and regional EHS&S teams to ensure that the integration strategy and plan is fully aligned with the 2030 Sustainability aspirations and digital transformation needs.
* Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to create the global template, for Track and Trace within SAP S4 and any surround systems required leveraging advanced capabilities.
* Provide direction and oversight to Digital Core +SAP S4 Program team resources including third party partners for the multi-phases of program from feasibility to deployment and execution.
* Work with the Global process owners on program in Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Quality, PLM, Manufacturing, and Data & Analytics, to the ensure a seamless integration of data requirements from EHS&S to support the end to end supply chain processes and all financial planning.
* Lead all activities of the EHS&S workstream on Digital Core +SAP S4 Program, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of the requirements definition documents, test scripts for build validation and metrics definition for evaluating effectiveness of design build.
* Lead development of EHS&S training documentation and training environment. Ensure timely delivery of training and validation of completeness.

Scope:

The incumbent reports directly to the Manufacturing Global Program Owner, Digital Core +SAP S4 Program, The EHS&S Process lead, Digital Core +SAP S4 Program, is the leader of the EHS&S workstream team and provides strategic leadership in the blueprint, build and deployment of the future state EHS&S enterprise environment.in scope of Digital Core +SAP S4 Program. The role will drive simplification, standardization, differentiation where it adds value into the blueprint design and will collaborate across all teams in both project and operations to deliver a truly state of the art design delivering on cost and service and enabling the integrated supply chain environment. Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for all design elements of the EHS&S scope within the project and manage risk /scope to deliver workstream on time and in budget.

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

* Bachelor's Degree (required). Preferred fields include Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Engineering or Business Management or related discipline and 5-10 years of industrial experience.
* Experience in EHS&S systems deployment and knowledgeable of the uses of automation in world-class production facilities to leverage for integration to enterprise environments such as SAP S4 and other critical digital core surround systems.
* Sustainability experience with understanding how product/manufacturing decisions affect our sustainability objective delivery, ESG reporting and impacts from decision making. Ability to hypothesize sustainability connections to enable operational and supply chain scenario analysis. Understanding of LEAN Energy and Water operating principles; Supply chain climate change risks; GHG accounting; Responsible Sourcing and Product Design contribution to sustainability goals.
* Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence in the creation of EHS&S blueprint for the Plan to produce and broader enterprise system environment.
* Ability to communicate and influence multi-disciplinary teams developing strong partnerships across functions to drive the design, build, and deployment of state-of-the-art manufacturing enterprise systems environment.
* Track record of project delivery success that should include: System Implementation / Integration, cost savings, process improvement.
* Keen technical skills and demonstrable ability to assess needs, identify issues, recommend alternatives, and implement and lead change.
* Demonstrated capability in making timely, difficult decisions to ensure critical business needs and timelines are met.
* Comfortable working Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred.
