Job Summary:

The objective of this role is to support the supplier integration work stream through all phases of Project Aurora. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Integration and work under the guidance of the Director of Digital Procurement. The successful candidate will possess the ability to evaluate the AS IS regional business processes and functional requirements and collaborate with the Supplier Integration Lead to determine the best path to move those processes toward the desired global standard.

Scope:

The incumbent will report to the Sr. Manager, Supplier integration (Digital Core+SAP S4 program). The role will drive simplification, standardization, differentiation where it adds value into the blueprint design and will collaborate across all teams, Supply Chain and with GBS, in both project and operations to deliver a truly state of the art design delivering on cost and service and enabling the integrated environment.

Responsibilities:

* These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

* Participates in Supplier Integration process design, blue printing workshops, solution confirmation, build, test, and deployment of the Digital Procurement Solution

* Providers subject matter expertise in direct material sourcing, understanding of supply planning core processes, sub-contracting processes, and logistics

* Supports evaluation of AS IS operational issues and highlighted global solution roadblocks and propose alternatives that lead to adoption of the global standard with minimal to no customization

* Responsible for deliverables (Business Process Rqts, Business Process Design Docs, Business Process Model)

* Review any adopted design alternatives with Business User Experts for confirmation of alternative design

* Primary point of contact for clarification of requirements during the Program Increment and Build Phase

* Functions as a liaison with key project stakeholders (global team, DTS teams, Data teams, and Change/communications teams)

* Work with assigned change impact and ensure that all change impacts validated by BUEs are documented on the change impact charter

* Collaborate actively with implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of K-C Golden Supplier Integration Processes

* Participate in the solution confirmation workshop and help create solution design that caters to the global/regional requirements adhering to K-C Business Process Model

* Responsibilities include not limited to, creating Business Process Design (BPD) documents, Business Process flows, Requirements Fit/Gap analysis and dispositioning and working with technology, data, and change management teams to uncover, data, integration, and change dependencies

* Support development of training material and training execution

* Accountable for hypercare and help desk escalation

* Ensure effective delivery of the overall Master Data solution

* Supports the development of the training materials, training plan, training deployment to ensure that the processes are well deployed in the businesses. Also, support the hyper care processes post deployment and participate in resolution of any escalation resolutions as the person knowledgeable in those processes

* Embrace simple, leaner, faster design philosophy with strong focus on business outcomes

* Proven communication skills to connect between end-users, direct leadership, and the broader implementation team

* Actively participate in development of stakeholder communications

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree (required). Preferred fields include Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering or Business Management or related discipline and 8- 12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and/or Supply Chain

* At least 3 to 5 years experience on related areas of supplier integration with knowledge of digital transformations or IT projects or initiatives preferably in the Procurement, Supply Chain domain

* Ability to provide technical knowledge and lead by influence in the creation of supply chain integration and broader connectivity with enterprise system environment

* Ability to communicate and influence multi-disciplinary teams developing strong partnerships across functions to drive the design, build, and deployment of state of the art rapid and responsive planning systems environment

* Functional knowledge including but not limited to the following functions: supply management, operations planning, new product introduction, transition management, quality control, inventory management, supply chain, warehouse, and distribution

* Track record of project delivery success that should include: System Implementation / Integration, cost savings, process improvement

* Knowledge of Strategic sourcing/Source to Pay and ERP with broad expertise in various disciplines (system development, infrastructure) and new technologies

* Keen technical skills and demonstrable ability to assess needs, identify issues, recommend alternatives, and implement and lead change

* Experience in supplier management, Project Management, Waterfall and Agile methodologies

* Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates

* Superb communication skills, written and verbal, with ability communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization

* Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership, lead, facilitate and manage change effectively

* Six-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, is preferred along with a proven track record of cost savings and continuous improvement accomplishments

* Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP experience preferred
