The Department
The objective of this team is to represent the Digital Wealth product suite to prospects through in-person demos or remotely, effectively presenting Digital Wealth s differentiation and value proposition.
Your Role
As the Regional VP, Sales you will be responsible for penetrating new accounts and develop new business within assigned sales territory. You will also be instrumental in driving all facets of the sales process from the initial prospecting stage to contract signature.
You will be responsible for:
* Meet annual and quarterly pipeline development goals, activity goals, new sales contracts and revenue targets set by the organization from time to time
* Sell to C-Level across business, operations and technology using a consultative solution sales approach
* Responsible for account planning, opportunity development and revenue growth from a designated set of accounts and regions as communicated by Management, in close coordination with Client Services, Finance and other functions.
* Develop strategic relationships across the client organizations and connect critical experts/executives from Digital Wealth with the right relationships across the client organization to improve value for Digital Wealth and client.
* Support adherence to Digital Wealths systematic and scalable sales process from qualification through to closing, including territory planning and management using sales tools and systems as applicable
* Enter and update new business opportunities, pipeline and contribution in Salesforce system
* Support sales enablement tasks that may be assigned such as researching database, preparing industry and competitor analysis, and supporting development of demos as requested by Sales Management
The experience you bring:
* A Bachelors Degree is required.
* 6 to 8 years of experience selling Fintech / SaaS to financial industry
* Strong technical knowledge of Digital Wealths product offering and competitive products for digital advice, TAMP and Portfolio Management
* Strong selling skills with a history of exceeding quota requirements
* Experience with and understanding of the RIA/IBD channel
* Ability to make client and industry presentations
* Proven ability to close complex sales
* Ability to influence and persuade others, bridge differences and build consensus towards a common goal or objective is critical
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Technically savvy with strength in communicating business value
* Collaborates externally across client organizations and builds trusting relationships.
