Job Summary
Lead a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you and your team will support the Franklin, PA site by estimating manufacturing cost, determining time standards, and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that identify cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of Manufacturing experience
4+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership
