The position of Manager, HBT/SPS/HPS Financial Reporting and Consolidations is a member of the Honeywell Global Finance organization and is instrumental in supporting our management team, ensuring the delivery of accurate consolidated financial results. This individual will be a key liaison to the global finance organization and business process owners and will interact on a daily basis with regional and functional controllers, managers, and colleagues of various regions and enabling functions, as well as other members of Controllers/Finance, Informational Technology, and Legal/Compliance organizations. You will have an opportunity to work across the organization to design and implement optimal processes and finance tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly close and full consolidation process, working closely with the appropriate stakeholders (senior leadership, local controllers, legal, tax, treasury, FP&A and shared services).
* Responsible for coordinating and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reporting schedules/deliverables to external reporting team.
* Establish, manage and communicate financial reporting deadlines of key close dates.
* Serve as liaison between various corporate, regional finance teams to coordinate the timely retrieval of accounting reports and schedules throughout the year.
* Oversee Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley 404.
* Assist with audit requirements.
* Assisting in special projects, Ad hoc analysis and other requests from management.
* Identify gaps and lead analytical improvement projects, partnering with key leadership stakeholders.
* Manage staffs day-to-day responsibilities, coaching and mentoring, identifying professional development needs and training opportunities, and annual performance evaluations.

You must have

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* 7+ years of relevant experience in finance with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, including in-depth knowledge of consolidations
* 3+ years of managerial experience
