Park Avenue Securities WealthManagement Analyst

ParkAvenue Securities strives to offer a comprehensive platform to support wealthmanagement needs of Guardian policy holders and clients and to enable FieldRepresentatives to serve as The Trusted Advisor to their clients. Throughcontinued growth and creation of client and advisor solutions, we aim to helpField Representatives grow and diversify their practices, clients, and incomestreams.

You will:

* Report to the RegionalBDO and the Head of Internal Sales
* Deliver our wealth management process and case designfrom client assessment and front-end diagnostic through an integrated solutionset, tailored proposal, asset allocation analysis, and portfolio review.
* Collaborate with the BDO, and ABDOs in the region aswell as Financial Representatives in order to design, build and delivertailored client proposals, asset allocation analysis, portfolio reviews andannuity illustrations that incorporate solutions across the entire PAS Wealthmanagement platform.
* Build a close working partnership and effectivecommunication with the Regional Business Development Officer(s)and ABDO todeliver superior service, grow the business, and meet all objectives
* Work closely with the BDO and ABDOs to build tailoredplans for growth with each agencythat provide detailed accountability, timelines, deliverables, concrete actionsteps, and measurement to grow specific business lines and overall GDC
* Provide a systematic feedback loop to Park Avenueleadership, research and product management, service, operations, and theprofessional development team
* Embrace and effectively utilize our CRM (Sales Force)to track new opportunities, manage our pipeline and provide institutionalknowledge across the organization regarding activity and new businessopportunities.
* Drive day-to-day proposal volume and sales.
* Partner with Product and Research team on the logicand process for integrating solutions and engaging our HNW capabilities asappropriate
* Support and participate in PAS professionaldevelopment curriculum to a variety of important segments and constituentsto include- top producing Advisors, newly registered financial representatives,General Agents, Investment Specialists, and sales associates (supportpersonnel).
* Effectively coordinate and leverage our partnerfirmsEnvestnet, TAMPS, annuity carriers, mutual fund companies, and asset managers-to create leverage, provide content, and to drive higher levels of day-to-daysales.
* Operate within all compliance and regulatoryguidelines and requirements, and manage T&E in a way that is consistentwith departmental policies

You have:

* Strong advisor management skills
* Ability to support large case design and proposal
* Desire to drive results and sales growth
* Broad based industry and product knowledge
* Strong consultative skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experiencerequired
* Sales Desk and/or Internalwholesaling or financial retail sales a plus (in Wealth Management)
* Customer service cross-sellingexperience (introducing additional products and services on inbound servicecalls) a plus.
* Experience in field training andpresenting to small/large groups via Webex/Skype a plus
* 3-5 years overall experience(including above) within the financial services industry
* Series 7; required
* Series 63/65 or 66; required
* Professional designations such asCFP; AIF
* Life/Health insurance Licenses;preferred
* Thorough knowledge of WealthManagement business, including GIAC Fixed Annuities.
* Working knowledge of industry leadingMoney Managers (Blackrock, Fidelity, etc)
* Thorough knowledge of Broker/Dealerproducts including; Advisory platforms, Mutual Funds, Variable Annuities, Fixedand Index Annuities, Stocks, Bonds, ETFs, 401k, etc.
* Strong tech-skills including; MSOffice, Webex or Skype, proposal software, CRM, etc.
* Netx360, Envestnet,Salesforce/SmartOffice, Albridge, Morningstar, and Factset a plus
* Goodphone-based skills, articulate, polite, confident, able to establishrelationships with the Field.
