Qualifications:
* Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
* Excellent attendance required. Must be dependable and efficient.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office software applications. The ability and willingness to learn other software applications as required.
* Ability to create and maintain excel spreadsheets.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team player attitude and professional appearance.
* Knowledge of HVAC industry a plus but not required.
* Minimum of 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.
* Strong process discipline, ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop market revenue.
