Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities

* Leverage learner-centric technology to enable knowledge management and accelerated performance of our sales and service associates by improving the learners ability to search, find, recommend, and consume learning they want and need as needed in their flow of work.
* Design, develop, and implement technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives, and oversee management and support of these solutions.
* Stay current on learning technologies through internal and external communities, evaluate and assess these technologies for appropriateness to Global Institutional business.
* Stay current on learning theory, instructional design, delivery methods, and best practices with a focus on sales enablement.
* Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
* Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze solution performance and data accuracy.
* Support end users through system training and troubleshooting end-user and system issues.
* Assess the effectiveness of existing and proposed technology solutions.
* Apply Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design methodologies to new and existing technology solutions.
* Serve as a strong business partner by demonstrating business acumen and with a focus on solving business problems.
* Administers enrollments, courses, and reports in the corporate-level LMS: Workday Learning.
* Works with partners to develop and drive technology solutions, strategic objectives, and business case development across functional groups or within a business domain.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree required.
* 5+ years of experience directly related to learning technology, LMS/LCMS implementation and support, innovative, end-to-end solution design, instructional design methodologies, learning data reporting, and analytics.
* Experience with cloud computing services Azure and AWS.
* Expert with Adobe Suite, Articulate eLearning tools, WebEx Training Center, Learning Management Systems (LMS) including Workday Learning, Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), and Performance Support Systems.
* Strong understanding of IoT software development tools, OS, language platforms, and frameworks.
* Strong technical skills and an ability to provide strategic technology direction as a proactive and strategic business partner in a learning environment using sound business judgement.
* Experience developing and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure the purchase of appropriate products and services at a reasonable price while receiving excellent service and support.
* Deep understanding of current and emerging instructional design principles and learner-centered design methodologies with a demonstrated application through innovative learning solutions.
* Demonstrated ability and passion for creating modern, visually appealing, bug-free systems for todays learners with a focus on UX.
* Demonstrated strong project management and ability to lead, design, and develop large-scale projects with tight deadlines while remaining flexible and accountable.
* Excellent relationship management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.

Preferred

* Relevant certifications and/or masters degree preferred.
* Experience working in a global organization where interaction across geographies, functions, and business units is key to success, including managing learning technology solutions in multiple languages.
* Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau.
* Experience in the common programming languages, such as JavaScript and web development languages such as HTML and CSS.
* A strong record of experience in supporting MS SharePoint systems at the programming /development level.
* Experience creating, maintaining, and implementing mobile apps.
* Experience with Chatbots, AI, ML, and Mixed Reality.

Ecolab Inc. sells its products through field sales and corporate account personnel, distributors, and dealers. The company was founded in 1923 and is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.
