DISH is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support the quality initiaites at its distribution center in Suwanee, GA.

* Directs employees to complete assignments in compliance with established guidelines, policies and procedures
* Develops work processes, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
* Traces history of unresolved issues to determine reasons for errors or needed corrections and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
* Identify opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with business partners to determine how to document and implement process changes
* Responsible for assuring that quality equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated
* Performs all special assignments and complex level projects assigned by manager
* Other duties as required include but are not limited to: hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding/coaching/counseling employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems

Experience:

* Four year degree from college or technical school; or equivalent experience and/or training, preferred
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, 5-S and KanBan is preferred.
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Compensation: $43,200.00/Yr. - $67,800.00/Yr.
