This role will be the lead finance person to provide business partnership to the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) business and responsible for all financial processes and reporting in the Aerospace and Defense business group in AO:
* Provide strategic advice and financial guidance to the A&D business director and the staff
* Responsible for closing, forecast and 5YR plan processes in A&D business and ensure smooth feed into division FP&A lead/process
* Provide financial guidance and support to A&D Business Director & PLMs: monthly reporting, quarterly product line financial analysis, ad hoc requests
* Heavily engage in and provide A&D business case financial analysis
* Responsible for the creation and leading A&D business product / program profitability analysis by working with AO mfg controller and respective plant controllers
* Part of A&D Business staff and leadership
* Responsible for SOX compliance of the A&D business group and support AO division SOX lead
* Responsible for the opex control of the A&D business group and support AO division opex lead
* Finance projects support: BPC, Capricorn, Finance 2020
* Contract Reviews and key liaison with Corp technical accounting
* Work effectively with division finance team and support division controller on division finance projects and initiatives such as Inventory, Capricorn, Team development events
* Lead role development with the support and guidance of division controller
Education & Experience:
* 4 Year Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred
* >10 years of experience in Finance and Manufacturing Finance
