Requirements:
* 5 plus years IT, Reporting or Database experience
* Registered TBMA or desire to become TBMA
* Strong Excel and PowerBI Skills
* Knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Help to maintain Cost Transparency Reports from a functional perspective
* Work with users for training, gather requirements for any enhancements or new report requests from users (including Service Owners, Finance, Management, Vendor Management, GSM)
* Understand full Cost Model and assist with monthly Metrics as needed (For example: Fallout, Application and Server Metrics)
* Drive data cleanup in Apptio IT Planning Module and other source systems (CMDB, Changepoint, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass) that impacts Tower cost.
* Drive improvements in Platform/Database space, working with Database and CMDB teams to get Data in CMDB
* Work with TBM Support team and integration team to integrate and configure the data into Apptio.
* Understand the functionality of existing Apptio modules which are underutilized such as Self-Service Reporting, Interactive Benchmarking, Action Plans, Infrastructure Insights, & Public Cloud and spread knowledge through the organization
* Work with TBM support team on any additional data, integrations or configurations that are required
* Test enhancements or new reports
* Build training documentation and train users
* Determine metrics and report monthly
* Participate as a team member on improvements and implementation projects for new modules or integrations to other software.
* Define requirements and gather data
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing
* Build training documents and train users
* Create and enhance PowerBI reports
