The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing delivery and logistics SAP transactions. The Logistics Coordinator coordinates all shipment and traffic process for shipments to/from plants and tolling manufacturing centers to ensure safe on time delivery supporting production.

Responsibilities:

* LOCATION: Florence, Ky preferred/Dallas, TX possible
* Ensures adherence to all SOPs and controls related to Safety and Compliance; including:
* trade compliance, customs compliance, transportation and logistics regulations, Sarbanes Oxley, Dangerous Goods regulations, Responsible Care and ISO 9000.
* Executes SAP postings in a timely manner aligned with revenue recognition rules and ensure timely discrepancy resolution.
* Executes SAP quality notification transactions for all process failures to align with quality assurance expectations
* Effectively communicates between Toller, Supply Chain, and manufacturing to ensure timely supply of raw materials to Tollers to keep planned production dates.
* Works with Scheduling and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of finished goods from Toller to distribution centers.
* Supports and provides direction for new Toller onboarding initiatives in accordance with logistics team processes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in Business or Supply Chain
* Internally experience in lieu of degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
* Minimum 5 years of SAP knowledge - Potential Superuser
* Transportation/3rd Party Carrier experience a plus
* Project implementation experience a plus
* Understanding of Tolling Manufacturing processes, a plus
* Time Management Skills
* Conflict Resolution Skills
* Communication Skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Detail oriented

Pro-active mindset with ability to provide direction and requirements to multiple stakeholders
