Job Description
Digital Transformation Consultant, Junior
Key Role:
Create and deploy custom applications and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform, a low-code/no-code app ecosystem. Use Microsoft and Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down tedious tasks and free up operations experts to enhance the capacity of partner nations to exercise responsible civilian control of foreign national security forces. Create experience using product ownership, agile development, and UX design on a low-code/no-code platform. Coordinate with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation consultants to deploy multiple applications with a common backend.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with working on teams using Lean UX, Agile, Dev Ops, or DevSecOps
-1+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
-Experience in working with and managing datasets
-Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with the DoD
-Experience with front-end SharePoint site development
-Experience with developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
-Experience in working with product owners, analysts, testers, and developers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria
-Experience with using artificial intelligence or machine learning for text and video analytics
-Secret clearance preferred
-ICAgile Certification preferred
