Public / Global Health Monitoring and Evaluation Subject Matter Expert
The Challenge:
As a Public Health Strategy, Policy, and Operations expert on our team, youll apply expertise to advising defense clients on the design, development, implementation, and assessment of programs and policies in partner countries implemented to enhance biological safety and security and detect, diagnose, and report outbreaks of select agents and high consequence pathogens. Youll support the clients international collaboration with research scientists, international organizations, inter-agency partners, and specialized contractors in over 30 countries, advise on M&E design, planning, portfolio management, and evaluation of capacity and capability-building activities and research, and lead efforts to analyze and capture assessments, evaluations, contractor reports, and research project results into the programs M&E framework. You will also collaborate with clients and team acquisition specialists to develop and execute the M&E aspects of long-term procurement strategies, including annual portfolio M&E reports and presentations.
You Have:
* 2+ years of experience in private sector or government consulting
* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation efforts in public or global health programs
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
* Experience with government or national security, U.S. biodefense research or policy, or international development
* Experience with developing Python 3-based analytical models
* Knowledge of GHSA JEE, NTI GHSI, or other international M&E frameworks
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* MA or MS degree
