Defense Acquisition SME, Senior
Key Role:
Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of defense acquisitions to include areas of national security, international relations, military, and operations research fields. Provide advice to military and civilian decision makers related to joint force requirements, capability gaps, research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Research new technologies that align with the mission and goal of the client.
Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with operations, acquisitions, or research
-Experience with defense acquisitions analysis
-Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process
-Experience with developing analytic products
-Experience with planning and executing combined and joint operations at the theater or component level
-Knowledge of DoD
-Knowledge of combat arms, all source intelligence analysis, and logistics
-TS/SCI clearance
-MA or MS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with a military headquarters staff
-Experience in the military
-Experience with leading interdisciplinary study teams conducting studies of a scope and nature expected of a theater-level command
-PhD degree
Clearance:
