Job Description
Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a Program Manager to support our growing Same Day Delivery program. This role will report to the Sr. director, Omni-Channel on our Digital Team. The program Manager will help grow same day delivery program and establish it as a core convenience capability to our growing suite of omni programs. The role will start as fully remote but will be expected to work out of our Union, NJ HQ when our offices reopen.
Responsibilities:
* You will be the digital point person for Same Day Delivery program
* Deeply understand the levers and metrics that matter most to the success of the Same Day Delivery Program
* Use data to identify, size, and prioritize the opportunities that matter most
* Partner closely with Stores, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and more to build plans and execute to scale the business
* Review and action customer feedback
* Become a champion and point person for the same day delivery programs across our multiple banners
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
* 4+ years of experience in digital retail supply chain operations with a focus on Same Day Delivery and Partnerships.
* Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
* Ability to own projects from start to finish, and also guide team members.
* Demonstrated experience working and building successful relationships cross-functionally to achieve goals and initiatives.
* Strong understanding of data and analytics to help inform and build roadmaps.
* Constant desire to improve and innovate.
