Treasury Services Analyst
Treasury Services Analyst plays a unique role in working with the both the Treasury and Shared Services teams at Applied Materials. This role is pivotal to Treasury in order to help move, manage funds world-wide and also maintain controls over access and entitlements. Role also is closely aligned with Shared Services as an upstream process and back-office support function.
Duties include
* Priority review of accounts balances daily, making decisions on investment redemptions and settlements, cumlinating in publication of a Daily Activity list to Treasury by noon CST (10am PST) informing the team of account funding needs, wires to be released, and cash movement based on established account thresholds;
* Priority generation of wire transfers each day and follow up to with Treasury team to ensure that days Daily Activity items have all been completed by 3pm CST (1pm PST)
* Review FX settlement details and settle in FIS and FXAll netting as needed.
* Review and publish weekly cash report
* Upload Treasury approved regional cash funding through FIS Integrity tool
* Create monthly FX Compliance report in FIS
* Gate keeper of access & changes to user entitlements to banking portals. Update controller approved entitlements in banking portal for Treasury to approve in portal;Semi-annual review of entitlements for SOX requirement
* Validate and approve monthly intercompany auto-settlement and ensure required funding for settlements
* Owner of Treasury Sharepoint wire database and related maintenance of roles and access for users
* Adding new Controller approved Payment Templates, direct debits, and Bank Account Profiles in Sharepoint and banking platforms
* Maintain critical payments report for review and publish monthly to Treasury
* Quarterly covenant compliance process, submit interest expense for 10Q reporting to External Reporting; and on-going maintenance and distribution for FBAR
