The Opportunity

The Digital Product Owner will act as a liaison between the multiple lines of business and the Digital teams. In this position you will represent the digital team in executive/leadership forums including topics such as operational performance, incidence response teams, roadmap reviews, governance routines, and digital council presentations. In addition to a deep understanding of the business strategy, the Product Owner will be accountable to look internally and externally to understand customer and business needs and opportunities addressable through outstanding digital experiences. The primary role of the Product Owner will be ownership of the agile team's backlog and roadmap. This role will support multiple products over time and the ideal candidate will have a variety of experience as a Product Owner.

The Work Itself

* Establish and maintain roadmap for individual agile team
* Articulate the product strategy and vision to the agile teams. Define clear and detailed business requirements.
* Work with internal and external partners to identify, get approval on, and implement customer requested and business strategy aligned proposals.
* Ensure regulatory and legal requirements are satisfied.
* Review, triage and communicate testing issues.
* Provide partners with regular updates and performance reviews of the experiences within the digital world.
* Monitor voice of the customers and work with individual product owners/agile teams to implement countermeasures to address customer feedback.
* Partner effectively as the Product Owner of an agile squad, including learning and sharing standard methodologies with other POs, and partnering with team members of the squad including the Scrum Master, developers, and designers to develop an outstanding experience

The Skills You Bring

* 5+ years Digital product experience
* 5+ years Financial Services exposure or experience
* Experience managing and leading associates preferred
* Strong partnership and internal relationship experience
* Proficient with agile lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Rally, Version One.
