The Opportunity

The Data Management Lead will lead testing across multiple strategic initiatives in the ADS organization. This role will be heavily relied on by the business, technology, and delivery partners from requirements through implementation phases of the projects.

The Work Itself

* Design & implement the Test Data Management strategy as the ADS organization rearchitects our technology platform.
* Collaborate with application managers, developers, QA engineers, & product owners to establish test data standards across all levels of testing including Unit, Component, System, and Acceptance.
* Partner with DevOps engineers to fully automate test data automation throughout the release & delivery processes in the CI/CD pipeline.
* Evaluate, recommend, and select market-leading frameworks and tools across all levels of testing that integrate in the automated CI/CD pipeline.
* Lead the project team of a various technology to execute strategy by managing the project plan, deliverables, assignments, & task due dates.
* Participate in product design reviews ensuring quality practices are baked into the software development and deployment life cycle.
* Work with internal teams to document test environment and test data management container strategies and provisioning for the different types of testing activities.
* Comprehend and decompose user stories/requirements to identify what tests need to be created and automated across the all levels of testing.
* Create a culture that motivates teams to ensure zero defects leak into production.
* Work across teams to understand enterprise quality requirements and ensure adoption of core processes and standards.
* Be an advocate that mentors and guides others across the organization on best testing practices, techniques, and strategies.
* Prepare, communicate, and deliver technical presentations related to the test strategy that is tailored to the audience.

The Skills You Bring

* 5+ years of experience within Software Testing of customer-facing banking applications.
* Preferred BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
* Technologist with active automated test experience across Web, Mobile, and AI platforms.
* Possesses a deep understanding of shift-left test practices and techniques along with the frameworks, and tools that support it.
* 5+ years experience leading a QA team in the development and execution of a test strategy in an agile/continuous testing environment.
* Possesses deep understanding of web, mobile, & API applications supporting financial institutions & their related products & services, testing approach, & release delivery processes.
* Expertise in deriving data from large test suites to support the creation of optimal data models that can be injected into automated test runs.
* Preferred development background with competency in Java and React JS technologies.
* Preferred experience implementing market-leading web test automation frameworks with a preference on Cypress automation embedded into the CI/CD pipeline.
* Preferred experience defining, developing and maintaining automated test scripts for testing iOS and Android mobile applications using XCUITest, Espresso or Appium or related frameworks.
* Experienced using technologies such as BitBucket, Crucible, SonarQube, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, uDeploy.
* Proficient in automating API tests using market tools such as REST-assured, Postman, SoapUI, CA DevTest, & Swagger Hub.
* Preferred experience working in AWS and with Rest Services.
* Experience in evaluating, selecting, & implementing Test Data Management (TDM) tools such as IBM Optim, Delphix, or similar.
* Possesses project management skillsets to manage the solution from concept to implementation
* Experience in preparing data masking procedures, understanding different masking techniques in customer profiling, consumer banking accounts, transactions, & services
* Experience with ETL procedures of production copy data to test environments
* Experience in test data preparation using automated data extraction and data masking.
* Experience with Automated Test Driven Development (ATDD) or Test Driven Development (TDD).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and energetic with an inherent curiosity to break code.
