CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This position within the HCB Controller team focuses on managing the reporting of certain Health Care Business (HCB) compensation plans, reviewing and approving assigned month end entries/processes, and ensuring Aetna SG&A; expenses are reconciled overall during each month end close.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the month end close and reporting of certain Health Care Business (HCB) related activity including incentive, severance, deferred and equity compensation in addition to pension activity.
- Review monthly reconciliation of Aetna SG&A; expenses in the Oracle G/L to AetnaSGA Hyperion. Ensure all variances are researched and corrected on a timely basis.
- Coordinate the year-end ASIR
- Oversee the preparation of the quarterly SG&A; cash flow submission for the HCB Accounting Operations unit.
-Deliver accurate and timely reporting and analysis for external constituents including Statutory reporting, SEC reporting, External audit and the tax department.
- Complete all ad-hoc requests, both internal and external, accurately and on a timely basis.
Required Qualifications
7 years finance or accounting or operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with Oracle
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Education
Bachelor's Degree required
